Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or any U.S. district if you’re outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file legal action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate, at our sole discretion, the access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. This may include disabling accounts or restricting access to Gamio.org.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Gamio.org. Continued use of our site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
